Scott and his team are top notch! The customer service and the quality of work is exceptional. Not only do they perform great work, they are willing to arrive quickly. I had a critical path residential issue and they were on it in short order. I am so grateful to Scott for taking my call and adjusting to handle the issue and to Billy for resolving it right away. I've worked with Scott and Billy on commercial projects too. They are professional, knowledgeable, and they complete the work with flawless execution. We have had to call Waterworks three times since buying our home in 2023 (it was built in 1931!). And each time they came very quickly and each time they did an incredible job. It's so nice to know that if we need to call a plumber a fourth time, Waterworks will be coming out.
