Prior to the new name, it was previously a staple in the area for 30+ years as Bruesewitz Plumbing dba WaterWorks Plumbing. As a family owned and operated company, we are serious about ensuring your satisfaction. We offer 24/7 emergency services, sending our plumbers to you when you need them most—including Saturdays, Sundays, nights, and holidays.

Koenen’s Water Works is an excellent company. Here is an example of how they helped me. One morning, I discovered water flowing in my basement. After I turned off the water, I was desperate for help to fix the problem. At first I did not know who to call but a friend gave me this company’s name. He always uses them.
I was pretty frantic when I called as it was Friday around noon, and I figured no one would be able to help me until Monday. The person who answered the phone was calm and collected as I tried to explain what was going on. She asked a few pertinent questions and also asked me to send some photos, as this might help them figure out the issue She assured me they could help, and warned me it might be after the work day since they were completely booked. This person communicated well, and made sure I knew what would happen.
It was only an hour or two later when I was contacted. The plumber was on the way. That was a surprise! Way earlier than I expected. The plumber who came out to our house was amazing. He really knew his stuff. He analyzed the situation, thinking through several ideas of what might be going on and eliminating each. In short order, he determined the issue and proceeded to take care of it. This person was very professional, but also personable. He calmly explained everything to us and took care of the problem. Not only did he fix the problem, he was neat!
I definitely will use this company again. They took care of our problem and I thought they were very fair in the price they charged us.

The plumber who came out was not only professional but also extremely informative and helpful. He clearly explained the issue I was having, walked me through the cause, and provided a practical solution that worked. It’s reassuring to deal with a company that values both service and communication. If I ever need plumbing help again, they’ll be my first call.
